We know it’s hard to leave your pup behind when you have human things to do. Wondering and worrying about them can distract you from your day or even interfere with your vacation. To help our pet parents feel more confident about leaving their pets in our hands, we have installed 13 cameras throughout our facility that provide live feeds of our play areas and guest bedrooms.

In order to view our live feed cameras, you’ll need to download an app. Scroll down for instructions!
Download the App
To view our live feeds, you will need to download the Reolink app. There is no need to create an account. Follow these steps to get started:
Click on the Google Play (Windows) or Apple App Store (Mac) icon.
Download and follow the installation instructions.
Once the app is installed, open the program.
On the right-hand side, you’ll see a blue button labeled “Add Device”.
Click on Add Device.
For Desktop, enter the UID code for the room you want to view. For mobile, simply scan the QR code associated with the room you want to view.
Ignore “Port”. Click “Ok” when everything is entered correctly you will see your furry friend live in HD!
